For dinner, I made pizza. I made 2 pizza's, 1 vegetarian and 1 with meat.

Pizza sauce

salt 1 tsp
6 oz can of tomato paste
14 oz jar/can of tomato sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp olive oil

Combine, heat on medium.

Pizza dough

4 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp yeast
1/4 cup olive oil
1 3/4 cups water, cold
Optional is 1/2 tsp oregano, makes a nice Italian touch.

Stir together in bowl the water, yeast, then add flour, salt, finally olive oil. Mix well, take out of bowl to knead for about 5 min at the minimum. Allow to rest for 1 1/2-2 hours. When ready to shape into pizza, sprinkle flour on counter so the pizza doesn't stick to roller. 

Vegetarian pizza. It has chopped zucchini, kale, olives, red pepper, pineapple and cheese

Meat pizza. It has turkey pepperoni, olives, shredded chicken, pineapple and cheese
