Burger Sliders

I like making these for the kids school lunches. The buns end up being too big to stick in the kids thermal containers, so I wrap the burger in Aluminum foil, place in the container, then wrap the buns separetely.


1 pound ground meat of choice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Salt/pepper/garlic-wet or dry to taste
Cheese if you prefer
Buns, you can make homemade. has a lot of recipes to follow.

Blend, cook on fryer, flip once, can flatten a little and freeze
