I love how quiet the house is early in the morning. With just me sitting, drinking my coffee.
Early...before the kids get up, before the day starts. Before I turn into a mom, a wife, a neighbor, a pet owner.
And as I sit each morning, I think ahead to the full day ahead of me and think about the adventures that await me.
Although these moments only last a short while, the effects stay with me all day.
